Gulf of Mexico Science (GOMS) is a regional marine science journal
published by the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. As the recently appointed
editor of GOMS, I would like to encourage readers of the Coral-list to
submit papers concerning coral reefs and reef-associated flora and fauna
of the Gulf of Mexico.
A number of reef related papers have been published by the journal in
the recent past, and GOMS has previously devoted two special issues to
research in the Flower Gardens Marine Sanctuary (Vol. 16, No. 2 in
December 1998, and Vol. 23, No 1 in June 2005).
More information on the journal and instructions for authors can be
found at http://goms.disl.org <http://goms.disl.org/> or by contacting
me (kheck at disl.org <mailto:kheck at disl.org>).
