[Coral-List] New fluorescence paper

Please find here our new paper on coral fluorescence, in Nature Scientific
Reports, demonstrating subtraction techniques for daytime imaging, using a
modified consumer camera.

I particularly like the image in Figure 3b, showing strong differences in
fluorescence
between
conspecific
colonies
(right next to each other)
,
possibly demonstrating that
GFPs
are in strongly varying
concentrations in
these *Orbacella*
colonies
, even though this difference is barely perceptible in the reflectance image
. . . any comments this difference welcomed!
