[Coral-List] Fiji allows export of corals grown sustainably

My understanding is that Fiji is now once again allowing exports of corals,
but only if they are grown sustainably, so farmed not taken from nature.
Last I heard, Indonesia was still not allowing coral exports. USA is the
largest importer, followed by the European Union. The latter is now
requiring CITES import permits as well as export permits from the
originating country. That is any importing country's option to do. It
means that the EU has to be satisfied that the coral trade does not
threaten the species in the originating country.
